Which Excel function should I use?

I want to get the data from Sheet 2 which contains 1000 odd Names and its respective Value (e.g. Tony - 1000, Vicky - 5000) to Sheet 1 which contains 1500 odd Names only (Tony, Vicky, Ricky etc.). Which function is most suitable to use to solve this in Microsoft Excel.
