What does this mean?? please help!!?

I am on birth control and have only missed two pills throughout the two months I've been on them and take them as close to 10pm as possible. Sometimes 11:00-12 and the two pills I missed I took immediatley the next morning. My boyfriend and I had sex with a condom yesterday and today I had a brown discharge and then when I wiped I had little light pink discharge. I ended my perioud only 15 days ago. What does this mean?
