I need hints/help tpo get my 10 week old to nap in her cot during the day? HELP.?

Hi, Since I brought my daughter home from the hospital I had always let her nap in her bouncer in the lounge with me. But now at 10weeks old she is getting bigger and bigger and soon she wont be able to nap in there she's already gone from 2-4hour naps to 5min naps and becoming really overtired and upset. So I have decided to start her napping in her cot although no matter how hard I try she wont stay asleep! At night all I do is stick her in her cot wide awake with her music on and she puts herself to sleep but I have been attempting to get her down for 2 hours and it has all ended up with her back in the bouncer lol. She started to doze off a few times but always ended up awake. What can I do!!! when she cried an emotional cry (with tears and honestly upset, as opposed to a protest cry) I would pick her up and comfort her and put her back... and she would usually sleep after that but not for long help?
