Did i have a seizure in my sleep?

Sounds more like narcolepsy to me. It's also called sleep paralysis. Google the terms and you will find all kinds of good info on it. I've had it for years. My wife learned that, while I'm sleeping, if I grunt, or make any stress sound she knows to touch me and that would bring me out of it. Good luck.
