if you miss pills you are going to start your period. This could also just be breakthrough bleeding from the bith control, especially if you just started on birth control within the past recent months. You are prob not preg since you also used a back up method of bc. But i would try a preg test if you dont get your period on time this month. Try to remember to take your pill so you wont run into trouble in the future. good luck !
