Should I let her go on vacation?

My daughter Jasmine is 17. She will be a senior at this boarding school. She, and three guys named Evan, Ricky, and Dean have been really close friends since there were all 5. Now they are all 17. My wife and Rickys mom grew up together, and my daughter is dating Rickys older brother. (Josh who's 18) Evan recently invited the three to his parents beach house for two weeks up down in Orlando, & we live on Socal. He said his parents would be there and so will his three sisters. Ricky and Dean are allowed to go. Should I let my daughter go. What worries me is they guys are huge flirts especially Evan. He always grabs her around the waste, and hugs her tightly, even though he has a girlfriend. She's ok with it because he's always kidding and messing around. Im worried the guys might hurt her as in sexually abuse her. She's a virgin and all three boys are sexually active. Should I let her go?
