I think I am having seizures, not sure, help?

Okay this started a few months back, and continues to this day. Every so often, I get really sleepy, so I lay down, but I'm not asleep yet, once I'm closing my eyes trying to get to sleep, I can't move at all this lasts about a minute or so. And sometimes I am able to move my toes to signify family around me that something is going on with me. And other times, like today I was trying to rest then I opened my eyes and they were rapidly moving back and forth and then my head just fell to the side with my eyes open and I couldn't move or blink. I don't know if these are seizures but it only happens when I'm dozing off...someone please explain to me what's going on :(
