He needs to be there. He would make the Intercontinental Championship prestigious again. Just like his father, he has a great ability to be a star. Richie Steamboat is already better than his dad! Just look at his stuff! He has a great character and a great ability to make the fans chant his name! I hope he comes to SmackDown and stops Sin Cara from getting his hands on the Intercontinental Title!
