How many of you felt like this at 3-4 weeks?

Hey, i was just wondering, how many of you got symtoms like these in v early pregnancy. Watery or sometimes thick CM, extreme tiredness (went to sleep at 8.30 am after a cuppa, ment t doze for an hour, woke up at 1PM!! i am peeing loads, even during night, n having realy weird dreams, feeling nauseous during evening, and feeling faint when too warm. Now, i havent got my just yet, but am pretty sure it will be that. but how many of you felt like that, oh, and i can feel my uterus really well too. so, how may of you felt like that in very early pregnancy?? When i did a the other night, it got a firnt line for few seconds then went away!! and my boobs have grown very quickly n feel odd! Did any of you ladies get like this??
