This sounds pretty normal. Especially if you are a person that has alot of stress or multitasks alot. The brain can only focus on one thing at a time. And you may not even realize your multitasking. I feel you should try to limit the things you do at one time. You shouldn also try yoga. It helps with stress and keeps you in shape. You may also have ADD.. but you would have to discuss that with your doctor.
