First Midwife appointment tomorrow, what to expect?

I live in London and have my first appointment with a midwife tomorrow, I'm quite nervous and excited as this is my first baby and don't really know what to expect. What exactly happens? What arrangements are made? Will the midwife I see tomorrow be the midwife I see throughout my pregnancy? Thank you in advance :-)
