Becoming a voice actor?

Hi I am 15, a girl, live in AZ and I love anime. She wont tell me how though, I was hoping someone could tell me how and if I can at this age. Many people ask me why I want to do it, well I am not in it for the money or the fame. I am in it for the fun and opportunity it brings and to bring happiness to many kids and families throughout the country. It is just the perfect job for me. Most kids grow up and each month or year change what jobs they want, well ask my parents; I have continually told people since I was five, "I want to be a voice actor and some day make my own anime show." I can do it I know I can. I will NEVER give up on my dream.
