Are Ben & Ricky from The Secret Life of the American Teenager related in REAL LIFE?!?

So has anyone ever noticed Ben & Ricky from The Secret Life of the American Teenager look like the could be related? The head shape is the same & even their ears look alike.. I don't know if it's just me. BTW, does anyone know if they may be siblings or even cousins in real life?
